Shipping And Returns

How To Order Cannabis Online, From a reliable and trusted vendor will no longer be your problem. And in case you need to councel your order you can do that anytime you wish. On delivery, recipients are required to show a government-issued ID with proof of age to receive the order.

We ship via multiple methods based on which is cheapest, more safe and convinient to our clients. The cost of shipping is $0 for clients within USA and Extra small delivery cost will apply to clients out of the USA  + HST, regardless of order size. Upon successfully placing an order, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email and a link to the shipping website to track their package.

Products are shipped directly from our head quaters in Los Angeles California. Any orders placed after 09:00 a.m. on weekdays as well as orders over the weekend and long weekend will not leave for delivery until the next business day, due to USA Post pick-up schedules. Products are delivered within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), but may vary depending on your location such as in rural areas. Delivery times may also be affected by circumstances beyond our control (such as adverse weather conditions and seasonal volumes causing delays in USA Post deliveries).

Our delivery will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you are not home during delivery, a notice card will be left for you to visit the nearest post office for pick-up. The delivery service  will hold the package for two (2) weeks and will be returned to NLC’s Distribution Centre if not collected after this time. A refund will be issued when the package is returned to us.

Order Cancellation and Returns

All online orders can be canceled.
All cannabis products, whether purchased in-store or online, can be returned if it’s damaged, shipped in error, or recalled.
For products shipped in error, only unopened products will be accepted for return. The original container in which it is returned must be sealed with the excise stamp still intact.
Products sent in error can be returned to the Shauncron Centre. The expense of the return will be covered by Shauncron.
Eligible returns will be refunded via the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds to closed accounts may be delayed longer depending on the issuer of the credit or debit card.
No returns will be offered on products ordered in error, or if customer decides they do not want the product.
All prices are final at the time of purchase.
Shauncron reserves the right to refuse any request for a refund.
